A fitness bootcamp is an organized group training class utilizing a variety of exercises and focusing on a variety of fitness components.
Though the term “bootcamp” broadly applies to military-style training, fitness bootcamps can be for everyone. It is a place where people of all fitness levels work side-by-side, hold each other accountable, support each other, build camaraderie, and reach new fitness levels together.
With the instruction and direction of experienced personal trainers/bootcamp instructors who set up workouts, teach correct form and movement patterns, motivate clients to push their limits and more.

All of our workouts are designed to be 45-60 minutes long involving a warm up, high intensity interval training, and a cool down. The results are both fat loss and muscle gain.
